Over the past three or four years Turkey has become one of the hotspots for overseas property purchases. And with its steady increase of value which have been around the figure of 15% many investors have also realized that Turkey is an area to take interest in. With talks of Turkey heading closer to joining the EU, prices are to be set even higher making now the best time to invest. As well as Turkey being a much cheaper country to invest in compared to Spain, Bulgaria, Italy and so forth Didim/Altinkum the area which we are based is an area that is only recently developing as a holiday resort therefore is 10 to 20% cheaper than other resorts that surround Didim for the time being.
Due to the fact that there has been so much interest in this particular area of Turkey by both tourists and the Turkish population investors have also seen this area as a hotspot for investment.
